Important: Refunds will only be considered if the customer receives the parcel but has not opened it. Once the parcel has been opened, the refund request will no longer be eligible.

2. Delivery Disclaimer
  • All phones are delivered via third-party delivery services.
  • S&G Telecentre is not responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during transit.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, please refuse acceptance and contact the delivery company for a claim.
3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
  3. Submit photos or documentation to confirm the wrong product was sent, ensuring the parcel is unopened.
4. Conditions for Refunds
  • Refunds will only be approved if the error was made by S&G Telecentre and the parcel has not been opened.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted if the parcel has been opened or if the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
5. Refund Methods
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Damage to the product caused during delivery by third-party courier services.
  • Refund requests for opened parcels or customer errors, such as ordering the wrong model or changing their mind after purchase.
